1)     How did you get into CrossFit?

After watching the 2017 CrossFit games I was really interested in it. Then at the beginning of this year, literally January 1st,  I decided to pony up and give it a try

2)     What keeps you motivated to work out(CrossFit)?

Just making myself better trying to be the best me I can. 

3)     What positive benefits have you noticed either mentally or physically since starting CrossFit?

I am more dedicated to working out. I make going to workout a priority.
