CrossFit Watauga is committed to making your fitness goals a reality. This is done by making our 1 hour classes the best hour of your day, you will not want to miss a class! We perform constantly varied functional movements at high intensities. Under the watchful eyes of our certified coaches these movements can and will be performed with safety in mind. We will help you achieve whatever your health and wellness goal is by constantly challenging you to achieve more. This is completed in a supportive, fun, and community type of environment where everyone wants you to see you achieve success.

CrossFit Watauga is proud to serve Watauga, North Richland Hills, Keller, and Fort Worth Texas.

All first time CrossFitters will be required to attend foundation classes. These classes are held in conjunction with our regular CrossFit class but you will receive one on one attention and training on the basic movements of CrossFit including the Squat, Deadlift, Jerk, Snatch, and clean. During these foundation classes all participants will undergo a Functional Movement Screen where deficiencies in movement will be identified. Once identified individual mobility and or stability work will be given to each participant to work on at the beginning of each following class.

CrossFit classes generally last 1 hour and begin with mobility/stability drills and dynamic warm ups. Following the warm-ups, participants will be instructed on the Workout of the day (WOD). All WODs can be scaled to the individual’s strength and skill level making these workouts fun and competitive for all. Once the WOD is completed additional strength or skill work will be presented. All classes are constantly varied functional movements and will test multiple parameters of your individual fitness.
